black spot on leaves ok for leaf mulch

Hi All, Ive got a sycamore which has shed its leaves but they have black spot. Would this be a problem if I were to use this for leaf mulch/compost etc.

yes a prob if you use it near another acer / sycamore, but apart from that, o.k.
