What recipe do I use ?

I've got a new greenhouse on my lottie and I was wondering what do I use for the raised beds inside. Can I use soil with well rotted manure, or compost.

Can I use potash saved from a fire at the weekend?

Should I save the well rotted manure and sow green manure in there instead.

I just read that in a tight greenhouse the plants can run out of carbon dioxide so having a good composty mix in the soil of organic things breaking down helps to provide that needed gas.
