I bought a chocolate mint plant a while ago and haven't used it yet. Can anyone recommend any recipes?

I ve been putting it in with the spuds. Loopy Lou gave me a bit and its gone berserk. Think it needs to go in a bucket

Yep, mine's in a pot! Do you mean you put it in with the souds when you cook them?

Yes I use any flavour mint that is handy, pineapple,spearmint. The only one I don't use is the eau de cologne mint.
