...to feed 12?  Coronation.  Plus a little help from a 1kg gammon.

Let you into a secret. Like to have all done well before. Thought slice boiled Gammon. Put in fridge. Later - b****r - noticed marinade in larder - supposed to have baked the Gammon 3/4 hr!

So - applied marinade & oven for 20 min. Day saved!!

There by proving yet again that by not panicking you can usually resolve a problem.  Sounds really nice too.

Yes I started the vanilla creams and cranberry sauce rather late yesterday. I thought the creams would not have set in time - but they did , and I thought I had burnt the cranberry sauce, but it was delicious.
