picked 1st cabbage today

and it was fantastic, had planted some from seed in the greenhouse and planted them in the garden b4 we got the allotment so brought on a few of the seedlings and repotted them now they have taken over the ones i've growing in the garden

don't they taste soooo different to shop bought ones ?  ;D
always gets me, even after so many years how such a small seed produces such a big plant

We put in some Robinsons Giant... and they are living up to their name.....  ::)
