pigeonseed

Calendula has got a good idea if you like spicy salad - I got some lovely salad leaves from the oriental salad mix someone gave me - we were having them right into winter. I think they just went to seed after Christmas.

And mustard leaves - when they get a bit big and tough, you can cook them.

I also got some beetroot from a late sowing - but I forget how late, maybe not as late as august.

and yes radishes are good - v fast from sowing to eating.
