Nightshade family

I borrowed the 'You Are What You Eat' book from a friend. The bit about arthritis says to avoid members of the nightshade family.  My greenhouse has: tomatoes, aubergines, peppers and chillies.  My new potatoes are nearby. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
