1- Can you feed toms with bone meal?

2- How tall would you expect an average MoneyMaker plant to grow?

3- I've hardened my toms off as I have read online. A few of the leaves look a little off colour- not much, though. Should I be worried? Or are they just hungry?

Thanks.

The 64000 dollar question; are you growing indoors or out?

Quote1- Can you feed toms with bone meal?

It is a good fertiliser but I wouldn't use it!

Bone meal is a slow-release fertilizer, high in phosphorus and tomatoes need Potash.

Use any high potash feed! e.g. Any of the tomato feeds, phostrogen is another.

See this list; http://www.thegardenersalmanac.co.uk/Data/Fertiliser/Fertilisers.htm

Quote2- How tall would you expect an average MoneyMaker plant to grow?

This can depend upon how you grow them i.e. as a cordon or bush!

If under glass I generally go to around 5-6 trusses which can be about 5-6 ft but they would go higher if allowed.

I dont bother because the trusses after 5 are generally smaller fruit and in my area I would have all on to get them to ripen on the plant!

If growing them as a bush I would guess (I don't grow outdoors) around three foot high.

Quote3- I've hardened my toms off as I have read online. A few of the leaves look a little off colour- not much, though. Should I be worried? Or are they just hungry?

Possibly getting a bit pot bound causing the hunger as you put it!

If the 'off colour' leaves are below the first truss there should be no problem.

Yes you can use bonemeal for tomatoes although the typical anaylis is NPK 3.5-20-0 and a liquid tomato feed is typically something around NPK 4.5-4-5.9

(Nitrogen (N) - promotes active growth and lush green foliage.
Phosphorous (P) - essential for strong healthy rooting.
Potassium (K) - for abundant flowering and healthy fruit development.
)

Moneymaker will grow as tall as you allow them to. It depends if you are growing indoors or outdoors how many trusses you allow to develop as outdoors time is limited for ripening.
I will let others with more experience of outdoor tomatoes suggest how many trusses they allow in your area in general.

I would guess they are just hungry.

Ower Tone starts feeding his with wilkies tomato feed when the first fruit sets.
We don't grow moneymaker but I think any vine tomato will keep growing until you stop it. Ours don't get stopped until they reach the roof of the GH. It seems that you are growing outside toms being as you have hardened them off.Someone who grows outdoor toms will  tell you how high to grow them. I wouldn't worry too much about the bottom leaves cos the plant will perk up when it gets in the ground
When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

Thanks for the help, guys.

I am growing them outdoors- some in a grow bag, some in pots, and about 4 on my allotment.

I have just fed them with phostragen.

How far apart should I plant them on my allotment? In the growbag they are not far apart, but I've been told toput them 1m apart in the ground....?

i grow mine outdoors in the ground and allow them to get to the height of the rain shelter i have rigged over them which is approx 6ft high.
