Pak Choi advise please

I have a few pak choi plants which were given to me ready to plant out.  They have gone huge. 
I only planted them about May.  Do they produce more little Pak Choi plants or do they just keep getting bigger and bigger!!!!

if they are that big you need to be eating them before they go to seed as it gets hotter  :)

we just pick off leaves and either stir fry them or eat them in salads, they put on new growth until they eventually go to seed, mind you, the seed heads taste nice, too  ;D

Mine have started to go to seed, but thanks for the tip I will try the tops in stir fry
