I haven't tried this yet, was going to make it today but don't have any chocolate in the house! Have cut it out from somewhere and it sounds good!
It says "The courgette melts into the mixture, giving the cake a wonderfully moist texture".

200g/7oz plain flour
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp salt
110g/4oz caster sugar
2 size-2 eggs
6floz vegetable oil
170g/6oz good quality plain chocolate
225g/8oz firm courgettes, peeled weight
55g/2oz finely chopped walnuts

Grease n flour two 8in sandwich tins. Sift all the dry ingredients into a bowl. Beat eggs with the oil.
Melt chocolate over a pan of simmering water.
Grate courgettes. Beat eggs and oil intot eh dry ingredients, then stir in the chocolate and courgettes, and nuts.
Divide between the 2 pans and bake in a preheated oven 180c/350f/gas 4 for 25-30 mins. Cake should be well risen and a skewer should come out clean.
Cool for 5 mins in tins, and turn onto rack to cool completely.
Sandwich with whipped cream and dust top with icing sugar!
(actually raspberries or strawberries and cream would be great!)
Eat and enjoy!
