New Readers Digest book?

Just having a browse on eBay and found this book by Readers Digest on sale.

Is this the same book as the much loved 1970's classic 'Food from your Garden' I wonder? No reviews on Amazon yet, but I notice it has a newspaper review describing it as 'slightly old fashioned'. Do you think they have just bunged allotments in the title to attract allotmenteers?!

Maybe it's just not flash enough for them! I note it's in paperback which is nice. I bought 'Food from your Garden' in hardback - wonderful book, but I have to sit down to read it!
