Lots of lovely veg

No doubt this year will see me swamped with vast amounts of lovely produce ??? ::)

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good book on how to store it all, as the veg.
OH is a bit of a  dab hand in the kitchen and turns most of it into scrummy meals and extras we freeze for our Thursday night freezer surfing  ;D

Suggestions please?
