Last night I did a bit of shopping and lo and behold my local Lidl had just put out their seeds, so I had the pick of the lot :)
I got some Detroit beetroot, winter leeks, Charentais melon, some green courgette, early carrots, summer lettuce, some yellow wax beans and some green dwarf beans (Saxa variety I think - anyone tried those??) Beans are SO dear here, usually about 4 euros the pack so for 59 cents they were certainly a bargain!!! I also got some flower seeds but can't remember what they are just now (maybe sweet williams?)

So perhaps the UK branches are also selling theirs?
I had some success with Lidl seeds last year although such a rotten season, it is hard to tell. Their yellow dwarf beans were lovely, fast growing and tasty beans. So bought some more of those ;)
2012 - Snow in February, non-stop rain till July. Blight and rot are rife. Thieving voles cause strife. But first runner beans and lots of greens. Follow an English allotment in urban France: http://roos-and-camembert.blogspot.com

I got some seeds from Feltham Lidl last week.

Their 'biggest gardening event ever' started on monday,
but new items come in on thursday (6th march).

There is usually a big queue when they open and the popular stuff sells out quickly.

we got some good results last year, might try the yellow wax beans myself, going there today  ;D

Their dwarf yellow beans last year were excellent, as were the long red radish (ostergruss rosa), just can't resist seeds for under 50 p! ;D
