Greenfly on my seedlings

My chilli seedlings are under attack from greenfly.  I've searched on the net for organic killing stuff but before I buy any I just wondered what everyone else uses.

Also are the aphids likely to kill my seedlings if I just left them to it.

I dont fancy nipping them off the plants - bit squeemish.
