just looked on the poultry forum and there are some pic of the Wyandotte hens and these are the same as the other hens i got in October so must be what they are does anyone now how old they should be before starting to lay, they are a lot bigger then the Black rock ones i got the other day, but are very shy girls, Black rock girls have even started to lay i got 3 eggs from them today :)

oooh lucky you i wish mine would lay i keep looking but nothing  ??? so how are you going to have them i prefer poached ;)

According to this webpage link, they come into lay at about 25 weeks. 5 weeks later than most others.
