Its funny how if we wish for something hard enough we usualy get it - in spades! A few weeks ago many people were praying for rain after the dry october (ditto back in april/may). Now we have more than we bargained for (again!).

So much for rain dances, how about a few dry weather dances, mixed in with some 'no wind' jigs for good measure?

How about we all start planting for the wet (rice or maybe blueberries) then we will have a drought! Its funny after summer 2006 we were all starting to plant with drought in mind. Then the heavens opened for summer 2007! (and all the drought lovers drowned). I also recall building a bog area and pond in my garden in 2005. Then we had a drought!
