Here's what I've done recently on the allotment. I don't think I've posted pics before, but there's always a first! Spreading wet cow manure is much harder than I had anticipated. Nevertheless, it's done and covered and hopefully I won't have to worry about weeds so much next spring... here's to hoping, anyway!

Thanks manic, I thought I'd brave it and dip my toe into the gallery. I've chosen a chicken time to do it too; when the weeds aren't growing! I somehow managed to not photograph the last third of the plot behind me, which I've been very successful in growing couch grass, bindweed, etc, etc...  ;) :)
