Hi all
Think I'm going to try grow melons next year, variety called OGEN.

has any one ever experienced growning these on there plot.

any tips be obliged.

I'm going to try too - Minnesota Midget-they will be outside I think as the only other option is an unventialted conservatory......

it was in a poly, mind you, the best one I've ever grown was in a cold frame, some b*gger nicked it just before I picked it  ;D

I'm quite tempted to try Minnesota Midget as well Greenscrump.

I've got some seeds from Real Seeds, more than I need  - do you have any chillis to swap :)

Ogen's a good one to try. I'll be growing that next year along with... oo-er! I seem to have eleven different types of melon, three types of watermelon and one Kiwano (jelly melon, aka African horned cucumber).
