Jeez - I wasn't calling anybody any names, I was commenting on the fact that our Focus was significantly busier after the announced closure and bargains than before.  However Tricia, I did think your gloom that the people who worked at your local branch weren't being made redundant a little tasteless:

No such luck here in Paignton. Our Focus is doing well and was not one of the branches sold off
