Tayberries prune or not ?

I planted Tayberries in March and they have done very well. 
Anyway I have planted its stem tips in the soil to propagate. 
Assuming these take, do I still need to prune it ?

Says I should prune in week 35 but how much and also how can I tell know which shoots gave fruit.

The easiest way to manage these fruits is like blackberries as they fruit best on the last season's new growth.   Either grow against a fence or wall to which you can attach horizontal wires or erect a couple of sturdy posts and stretch wires between them.   You then tie in exisiting stems in a fan shape to these wires remembreing that the more horizontal the better to encourage fruiting.

Leave the centre of the fan bare so that when new stes appear next year you can tie them in vertically.  After fruiting, cut off all the fanned stems at the base, release the new vertical stems and tie them as a fan.   Repeat this every year and you will always have new stems for bearing fruit.  Remember to feed in spring and until the end of June and water in dry spells to swell the fruits.

During the season try getting some of the stems to tocuh the ground. They will then root so you can have more plants for free. I started off with just one plant of grapes, thornless blackberry, tayberry, lognaberry and now have loads.
