Free top soil to collect

My neighbour is paving over his back garden - we all tried to talk him out of it, along the lines of thats taking low maintenance too far........but there is now a jumbo bag full of top soil.  I have taken 20 bags to the lottie already.

If you are in or close to the TW area of London or don't mind a drive, bring your own bags and spade.
