Who turned the light out?

Evenings are drawing in and the kitchen flourescent has gone on the blink.
Hub and I tried to remember when we last changed it and both came up with 1984!
Still not convinced it's the tube - could be the starter  ;D

Well done you! I have an f tube (can't spell it!) in the kitchen. I hate it, but there it is, have replaced it once in 10 years, so can't complain!

I'd go along with the starter ninny.  Wilkos have replacements, but there are two sizes.  You need to take your old one along to make sure you get the right size.

Us to saddad.  My mums had her florry tube for so long, in fact, I can't think if she has ever replaced it, but I do remember my old dad on  a stool twiddling the little starter fuse thing to get the light to flick on.  New one of those and the light outlasted him!
