Help My chuks seem to like the rain

Only had my lovely girls a few weeks but we have had a lot of rain over that time. Every book I've read says they don't like rain - well mine do. At first I let them out thinking they would go under a bush but they dont! They just seem to stand there pecking at the grass ??? Just a bit worried they will get ill, any suggestions gratefully recieved. :)

Mine don't go inside unless it really comes down. They sort be fine....well mine have even when I lock them up and they look wet.

went to lock mine up tonight & they were all soaking - looked really sad & bedragled.

Had no problems. If they dont like it then they would go in. Mine seem stay out  in showers light rain.

My dad kept chickens throughout my childhood and beyond! They love the rain as much as they enjoy a hot, dry dust bath.  As previously stated, if they didn't - they wouldn't stay out in it. Very jealous.  Wish I had some.
