How do I get my pictures into My Gallery

Dear Sir,

I wonder if you could help me with a problem I have.

I am finding it very difficult to get my pictures on the boards as as far as I can see there is no insert button available.  There must be a way as I can see everybody else can do it well, but it has eluded me so far,  I would be very grateful if  you would help me

Click on the icon with the two hills i.e. fourth one along under S

You should get

Place the url/location of your picture between the brackets; e.g [] http: etc[] and this should work.
