Cheese???

We make our own yoghurt, i suppose the next step is cheese, anyone out there made their own cheese, I would love some hints & tips!

No hints but a tip 8).......take in some paying guests!......you'll get your gardening done and, if necessary, we'll take our turn at whatever's involved in  turning water into wine, or even, in your case, milk into cheese ;D ;D ;D
