Realised last nite we had blight.. :'(..we've only had plot since April..so was gutted.)..and then today...I went to weed a netted bed...to find blackfly/larvae all over brassicas and cucumbers...I weeded for 4 hrs...and sprayed wiv our organic pest control...hope it works....Don't these pest's realise we r trying to be green?!

Erk!

I checked my potatoes tonight and most of them were showing signs of blight so I dug the whole lot up as I was having a bonfire to get rid of weeds anyway.

All of the spuds were fine so am going to have to plan quite a few potato meals this week!

Haven't (touch wood) been troubled by anything more than whitefly so far....  watch this space!
