Wormery

I have a wromery and they seem to be very slow in producing compost and we have not had any worm "tea" yet.

I give them tea bags, bananas, egg shells, fruit etc.  Are they missing anything ?  Should I give them thistles ?
Until 3 weeks ago they wormery was badly placed so the tray was in the below the level of the tap but now we should get some tea.

Sounds like you are giving them the right stuff - we try to give ours a little of most things rather than a lot of one thing.  Ours was also badly positioned at first & got a lot of rain in it which meant lots of liquid in the bottom - don't know if this was actually the famous worm wee but it really stank.  :)
