Egg whites ... what can I make (now !!)

hello, making raspberry brulees, but got 4 egg whites left over - what can I make (and how) with them ?

raspberry pavlova???  :P :P  If you keep the meringue in an airtight tin I believe it keeps for a while.

hehehe flossie, very good.

You can always freeze left over egg white to use later for merangues or whatever.

going to google meringues and pavlovas - if I run out of time and decide to freeze, do I just pop it into a tub and freeze ?

Aye! Splitting eggs always seems to leave you with egg on your chin! ;D
