Yellow/green mottled cabbage leaves

I assume my cabbages are short of something - any suggestions as to what I should give them?

Lots of water and a high nitrogen fertiliser like Urea... is it just the older leaves or even the newer ones?

Thanks Saddad,

Its mostly just the older outer leaves, but there are the first signs on some of the inner leaves too. I'll get feeding, and hopefully put a stop to it.  :D
