what to put in next?

can anyone help me, in a few weeks  time my first early crop of potatoes will be ready to take out please can anyone tell me what to plant in the ground where i will be taking my potatoes out

we've got a gutter full of peas waiting, and some beetroot..some of the leeks will be going in between  :)

I got several rows of carrots in and swede and endive and chicory behind my early spuds last year... still eating fresh in March...
