One of my lottie neighbours said he had too many rasps and l'berries, and asked if I wanted to pick over his bushes :) VERY ripe and squishy.
Having harvested, I knocked the whole basketful on the ground :-[ :'(
Picked them up, took them home, simmered and strained thru a jelly bag.
I now have 2 1/2 pints of raspberry/loganberry juice.
Anyone got foolproof recipe for jelly (seems quite pectin-ey) or sorbet - or other ideas or advice?
Hoping clever cyberchums can come up with something quick and easy!

Buy supermarket own brand cava, open, pour, add fruit syrup, sit back and whatever the weather, enjoy your garden  ;D
is it in the sale?

Nice idea froglets!

For jelly, my method is for every pint of liquid add one pound of sugar.  I don't think you need to add pectin with rasps, I think they are okay already.  Warm the liquid, add the warmed jelly, boil rapidly until setting point and bottle.  Tis easy!  ;D

Or, you could make raspberry ripple ice cream...... or raspberry sauce to smother ice cream or add to yoghurt..... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
