Squash and Pumpkins

My squash and pumpkin seedlings are still in pots as i've not had a chance to plant them out yet but i have noticed the edges of the leaves are turning pale yellow.  The rest of the plants seem fine, is there anything i can do (feeding/watering more/less) or do they just need setting free from their pots into lots of lottie space?

It's about time to plant out - assuming you're not in Alaska - so I would plant out and wait and see
