I have just found containers of all of these in my garage, but they have all been given to me and I haven't used them. They are all in different containers, so no instructions about usage. I just looked at your list of topics and couldn't find anything relevant so stuck it in here.

The acid fertiliser (well, that's what it says on a piece of paper in the bag is just like white powder and I assume it goes on blueberries?

I expect I could trawl around on the web for answers but thought someone else might like the info too... thanks Lin

Tee Gee

Superphosphate of Lime;

As the name suggests this is a phosphate apply at a rate of 1-3oz per sq yard.

I am guessing the is Sulphate of Potash apply at a rate of ½-1 oz per sq yard

Acid fertiliser no idea what this might be so its back to you on this one
