Last night at the end of the programme was a song by what i believe to be a 'pop group' does anyone know the name of the song and by whom?

Yes, it was Coldplay,singing "fix you" on the album  called   X & Y
Lovely song isn't it? One of hubby's favourites.I really enjoyed the programme last night,very very interesting.
