Awwwwwww!!!!  ;D I just love cats!! did he catch the mouse?? I have 3 and one day Spizz (the tom) was called for dinner, he came running retching with a rats tail dangling from his mouth......nice  ;)

Eristic, lovely cat, but to completely change the subject, are you studying Open Mathematics with the OU? I'm thinking of doing that course this year and would love to hear any opinions on it, if that's what you're doing!  :)

I did that couse last year and achieved a good pass. The first half is barely equivilant of 1st year secondary school and just when your guard is down it jumps to exponentials and quadratics, but all told it covers a lot of ground.

Easy 30 points.

Thanks Eristic, I could do with an easy 30 points! There seems to be quite a big difference between how challenging one course is from the next, regardless of point value. I haven't learnt much maths so think this might be a good one. If I do it, I'll make sure I watch out for the exponentials and quadratics, thanks for the tip!  :)
