Matalan! Is the reccession still on?  I will not let her near the place, shapeless clothes from child sweatshops. Still, it gives the numpties of this world a job behind the tills. What about everybody paying a pound to get a card before they even buy anything. What a good scam that was. Still, it gives the numpties of this world somewhere to shop ;)

Mataln have what I call the jumble sale shop in Swindon.  All the ends of the lines from other stores get sent there, it is a complete mess.  However I have a daughter who is tiny.  It is a great place to shop for her.   Last year I got five items for £10.  A pair of jeans, two nice T shirts, a zip front fleece and a purple velvet top.

I cannot imagine who else can possibly require adult clothes so small.  Even a size 12 is tiny.  Perhaps that is what they mean by 10% off, they are two sizes smaller.

They always ask me if I have a Matalan card and I say no.  They then add a pound and deduct it from something else, seems rules is rules.  They do great knickers for skeletons.
