Suggestions wanted for a real British pudding

There's a lemon one too. Provided you don't cook it too long it comes out as a melting sponge with its own lemon sauce. Delia has a recipe....I've lost mine and look hers up on line when I need it.

Made that last month.  My WORD it was lemony. Delicious but lemony.  Too lemony for me and it gave me heartburn for a few days! Needless to OH and Co loved it and ate the lot with no after effects.

I used the uktvfood recipe.
