just been to see the o.t and physio at the hospital
she gave me a booklet called as above..one good tip..covering that you lag pipes with, cut to length is good over handles of tools to soften and thicken them..
ray's going to screw a handle on to the rake and hoe, t right angles so I can use my good arm and hand to push with

also, went to the pound shop taday, got a small, hand twirly thing with a thick handle..for 1 pound!! bargain  ;D
