Hi
just to let you know my early pea seeds are starting to
make their way into the world. ;D I have had them in the airing
cupboard for 7 days as my greenhouse is still a bit cold (40f)
When would it be ok to put them in the greenhouse ? ::)

The ones I have in pots are an inch to an inch and a half tall or small, I will leave them for a while yet. ;D ;D ;D
MAY THE CORN BE WITH YOU.

I put my early peas straight out on the plot - weeks later they are finally emerging!!!! I've put brambles all over the  rows so the mice and pheasants dont get them (fingers crossed)

my paraffin soaked peas (early onward) are in a 5 foot long guttering suspended by twine near the roof in my shed.

No sign yet though.

Hurry up peas and appease me please.

our peas are in guttering in the poly, they're about half an inch tall  ;D

1/2 my peas are up in my plastic greenhouse. Made an error though and planted 1 pea per small module and now the roots are coming out the bottom.

Fleeced and pegged my peas today only for my dog to play hurdles and jump all over my dodgy cloche!

I sowed peas last Saturday in root-trainers and other modules. I put them in a cold frame. Today, I noticed a few had pushed towards the surface of the compost and I could see thats they had started germinating as I could see the  tap-root sinking down into the compost. I hope they will all be germinated in a week or two. With the weather been so mild I expect you will get away having them out in a cold glasshouse. Have some fleece handy to put over them if frost is forcast.

Regards,
Thomas
