Hi
Depends on what software you have.
If you have anything like photoshop or paintshop pro. Just adjust the print size setting (look in help )
If you have windows xp right click the image hit print and this will launch the print wizard which will let you tinker with printing sizes (and numbers per page etc)
Or if you have M$word or (better still) Publisher you can import the picture into the document. Using the dragging handles you should be able to resize the picture. Depending on how the app is set up the size should be displayed or viewable by looking at the images properties.

Failing the above you can use paint open the file and tinker with the size / attributes settings

To expand on the answer given.
This assumes you have a. Windows XP
                                      b. A printer attached and switched on.
                                      c. Your pictures in My Pictures.

!. Go to My Pictures folder.
2. Open the file containing the pictures you want to print.
3. Right click on any of the pictures. This should bring up a Drop down Menu.
4. Left Click on Preview. This should take you to a screen where the selected picture is displayed.
5. Below the picture are some icons. The 11th, one from the left (next to the Red X) is a little printer.
6. Left Click on the printer icon.
7. This brings up (I hope) the Printer Wizard. Left Click on Next.
8. This brings up Thumbnails of all the pics in that file. Select the ones you wish to print (Tick or untick boxes). Click on Next
9. This brings up  a screen where all you need to do is Click on next (As long as you have a printer installed that is!). You can click on Printer preferences if you wish to specify the kind of paper you are going to use.
10. That brings up the Layout option. 6 ins by 4 ins is the  10cm by 15 cm option. Leave the number of times to use each picture as 1.
11. Click on Next to print.
Hope that works for you.!

Never done it that way before P. I've usually done it using one of Glow's' methods...gives more options if you want to 'play' with the pic, but I  just tried it your way....It works and it's very straight forward.

Nice one.
