well the shortest day has come and gone  and my hens are laying again so its almost time to think about my breeding programme again.
i have built a couple more incubators this winter so all i need now is the eggs to fill them and away we go
well not quite yet but in a month or so  ill set my first batches i already have orders for over 100 chicks i checked out my gas brooders today and seem to be working fine and i will have my parafin brooders as a stand by.
i just built a new shed on the plot to use for my chicks this year nothing flash 12 by 8 so plenty of space any how plenty of cold weather to come yet i dare say so i wont get to excited  .ill keep you informed of any progress cheers mal
