fruit bushes

Hi

I was given some fruit bushes from a friend at work and another friend moving allotment.

I have got blackcurrant, goosesberry, rasberry canes (aut) and red currants. As well as globe artachoke, strawberrys and sorrel :-)

The plants are all mixed so i have spent today planting them in a nusery bed for a while. I trimmed them down and i have put some of the cutings in as well to see if they take.

I hope next year to make the fruit cage up and then i will know what i am planting :-)

I am thankful for the kidness of strangers.

DOH - so much for my good fortune.

Washing machine blewup last night.

So i have to get all my washing done at the laundrete tomorrow nearest one is 20 miles away  :(
