The Orange Salad was down the other end - but the frozen Colleen were, again, delectable!

Or for those who cannot eat citrus, try smearing the duck skin before cooking with salt and Quince jelly! Or add a tablespoonful of it to the sauce!
Gardening is the great leveller.

Nice thinking, Eric. Only problem here is that I skin the bird before serving.
