What an inspiration!  I have just sat with awe and wonder on my face, tears blobbing off my chin!!  I can just about run two miles on my own, so watching that was quite something.

Such dedication by father and son. Who could possibly view that without a tear.
Today the sun is shining and I can walk out the door in to my garden, I have a lovely family!! Maybe it would be a good idea to view now and again, sure would make me appreciate even more how lucky I am.

Fantastic Glyn it brought a tear to my eyes......have 8 grandchildren who are fit and healthy and we are so lucky!

Will watch this again in the future when i start feeling sorry for myself at anytime!

Glyn, that was such an emotional journey. I have been feeling so down of late and my goodness that has left its mark . I thank God for what i have  3 healthy children ,3 healthy grandchildren.  I shall certainly count my blessings. Thank you for that  Mary.
