Hi floss

Go to your window/system32 folder and rename

entapi.dll -> OLDentapi.dll

you may have to set your computer to show hidden files and folders

tools/folder/option/views from any folder window.

give it a try

No luck - could not find that on my machine.

Have phoned helpline and they are going to send an engineer.

Thanks for trying to help
