Village show question yet again - this time, swiss chard!

Okay, last but not least, I know I should have listed these all together, but I am in the middle of bathing the kids, and doing these as I think of them.....  :-\

Under other veg, I decided to show my swiss chard bright lights as it is amazing at the moment.  How many stems would be regulation?  I cannot find any previous reference to spinach or chard so don't know what would be correct!  I guess it would only be 4 or 5, but I would hate to thingy up!

As other veg is an open category there should be less restrictions on what you can show... I've considered Achocha and White Cucs...

When I show our Bright Lights in the local show, there was no restriction, so I picked 1 of each coloured stem and put them in.
