My greatest mistake this month?

Rushing up a Cornish Pasty after bringing Wife home from the Dentist, warmed up the Romanesco cauli, left over from yesterday, in boiling water.

On eating it, realised that it was the bit I had NOT cooked yesterday. A recent article said that Romanesco was best used raw with a dip. Well - ours was raw - & sweet, tender & delectable. I shall be doing that again!!
