variety unknown almost 30 centimeter long,have longer ones on  my allotment.

How do you cook these?

I cook them like french beans,break them in parts cook them and bob is your uncle.

I love those! They use them a lot in thai cooking. Wish I'd seen them around at the beginning of the season. Dead envious. :)
