If, for once. you let yourself be environmentally unsound & fall for, say, Tesco's Fantail Prawns - or the like - PLEASE don't insult the poor beasts by cooking them. Unless you want dried up, curled up, leathery apologies for the real thing.

They are already cooked so - PLEASE - only just warm them through so as to retain their graceful shape, texture & juicy flavour??

so who murdered them ? You or Mrs Tim???? My OH did that the otehr week - i said 'just warm them up or they will go all small and chewy'  I know what im doing he replied!!!

Needless to say we had what you described!!!
