Potting tomato plants to 12 inch pots

I have been somewhat remiss in looking after my toms. Now they are in flower but still in 5 inch pots.
Should I risk repottign them or not?

Same goes for my cucumbers and aubergines!!!

thanks for that. I just didn't want to make them go all grumpy and refuse to fruit!
